An FCCA and member of the CISI, he specialises in complex structures, fund oversight, reconstruction and remediation, delivering disciplined, transparent reporting in regulated environments.

Jim is Co-Founder and COO of Reckon, an FCCA with over 18 years’ experience in Jersey’s trust and corporate sector. Specialising in contentious and high-risk matters, he leads forensic accounting, restructuring and operational remediation, applying technology-driven systems and rigorous financial analysis to deliver clarity, stability and defensible outcomes.
Kelly Watson LLB (Hons), Barrister, Solicitor, TEP
Director
Kelly Watson is a senior professional trustee specialising in contentious, complex offshore trusts facing litigation, regulatory investigation and cross-border disputes. A non-practising Barrister and Solicitor (England and Jersey) with a STEP Diploma, she handles distressed, insolvent and high-conflict structures, including court applications, breach disputes and co-trustee mandates, and speaks internationally on trust developments.

Norson Harris is a senior fiduciary and governance professional specialising in complex, contentious and distressed trusts involving litigation, regulatory intervention and sanctions risk.
