As an Associate Director of Trust & Corporate Services, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational management of our fiduciary services. You will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading the development of a high-performing team. This is a key leadership position that requires strong technical expertise, commercial acumen, and the ability to foster long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

·       Lead and oversee the administration of a portfolio of high-value trust and corporate structures.

·       Build, develop, and manage a team of professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.

·       Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory, legal, and fiduciary obligations.

·       Actively contribute to business development and strategic growth initiatives.

·       Provide expert advice and guidance on complex trust and corporate matters.

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and stakeholders.

·       Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure best practices.

Requirements

·       Extensive experience in trust and corporate services, with a proven track record in a leadershiprole.

·       Strong knowledge of Jersey trust law and regulatory framework.

·       STEP, ICSA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.

·       Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.

·       Commercially astute with the ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities.

·       High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.

·       Ability to build and develop a successful team in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
